The hotel has a nice lobby. I appreciated its decent rooms. The location is amazing (it's hard to beat).
I found the breakfast to be very expensive. The price charged seemed high for this type of hotel. I asked for a late checkout for 3 hours due to feeling unwell, and they did not make an exception.

i've stayed at this great place. rooms were well-appointed. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the location is amazing. it is a short walk to shopping and sights. i was welcomed with fruit and a lovely little gift. the mini-bars were well stocked. i highly recommend it. i want to go back.
i found that i was not provided insight on my "urban experience fee". i had to go online to figure it out. i never received my water bottle. the hotel doesn't offer complimentary water in the room.

amazing stay near times square
great locationart decocoffee maker
the location is very nice! it is super close to times square. the art deco lobby looked modern. it was perfect for exploring the city so easily.
i noticed there was no coffee maker in the room. i had to ask for it. also bottles of water were provided but were not replenished which was a little inconvenient.
